  • 60 Rolo candies (unwrapped)
  • Valentine’s Mix M&M’s (pink, red, and white M&M’s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Baking Sheet: Heat your oven to 250°F (121°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, a Silpat liner, or tin foil to prevent sticking.
  2. Arrange Pretzels and Add Rolos: Lay the pretzel snaps evenly on the prepared cookie sheet. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on the center of each pretzel square, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  3. Bake the Pretzel and Rolo: Bake the pretzels with Rolos for 4 to 5 minutes. Watch carefully so the Rolos soften and the chocolate becomes glossy but do not let them lose shape or melt completely.
  4. Add M&M’s and Sprinkles: Immediately after removing from the oven, place one Valentine’s Mix M&M on top of each softened Rolo, gently pressing down into the chocolate. Then sprinkle the warm chocolate with Valentine-themed sprinkles. It’s easiest to do this one row at a time for even coverage.
  5. Cool to Set: Let the caramel pretzel bites cool at room temperature for about 2 hours to allow the chocolate and candy to firm up. To speed cooling, you can place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Store: Store any leftovers covered at room temperature to maintain freshness and crunchiness.
