  2. Prepare Coating: Pour the powdered sugar into a small bowl and set it aside. This will be used to coat the cookie dough balls before baking.
  3. Make Dough: In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, lightly beaten egg whites, caster sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until a slightly sticky cookie dough forms. You may need to use your hands to incorporate all ingredients evenly.
