Ingredients

Scale

Cheese Mixture

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 5 green onions (diced)

Main Ingredients

  • ½ pound deli ham
  • 4 tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and diced green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Assemble Roll Ups: Spread about ¼ cup of the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla. Then, layer the ham slices evenly over the cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  3. Roll and Chill: Tightly roll up each tortilla with the fillings inside, then wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight to allow flavors to meld and to firm up the rolls.
  4. Slice and Serve: Remove plastic wrap, trim off the ends of each roll, and slice into 1-inch thick pieces. Serve chilled as a tasty appetizer or snack.
