- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking

- Cook the Quesadilla: Carefully place the filled tortilla into the hot skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the underside is golden brown and crispy.
